I found some before and after photos that I hadn't shared with you yet. The first is a chair I found at a neighbours garage sale. She brought me into her basement to show me a table and as I passed this purple chair I said "that's a great chair", she said "it's yours for ten bucks". I painted it the rich russet red by para paints that I love (the third piece of furniture I have painted this colour) and covered the seat in a linen printed with my red mums print. The second chair was a lonely dining room chair found at the reuse centre. I painted it white and covered the seat in a linen that I printed with blue polka dots. It now lives at my sewing machine in the studio.
