I have been working from home for a few days now because I have had a nasty cold. Luckily I had lots of photo editing and computer work to do anyway, so that's when I'd rather get sick- not when I have to be on my feet printing all day. Back in the studio today, Beau is in his favorite spot by the window and I am sewing under my new (well, new to me) lamp. I got it from the soon-to-be vintage store down the hall that I mentioned last week- the same place I got the chandelier. I temporarily put the ikea shade on it, but may switch it for a smaller one. My light bulbs burn out on my machine quickly, so I have been looking for a lamp this shape for a while to sit over me while I sew.
